What's it all about?Progressive classes will guide you through different methods, how to improve your connection in zouk. The class is using zouk fundamentals as a base and discover different variations for playful variations a experiment with different zouk flavours.

Get to know you teachers

🕺 Vahur
Vahur has significantly contributed to the Estonian Zouk scene since 2017 as one of its pioneers. My journey into the dance world began in 2015, when I discovered Latin dances (salsa, bachata, kizomba). I used to study martial arts and music for over ten years. Zouk won my heart 2 years later. After travelling around Europe´s numerous dance festivals and workshops under renowned Zouk instructors, he finds that Zouk has offered the most powerful dance experiences both in terms of connecting with my partner and feeling in his body. What made his mission to development the Zouk community also in Estonia!

💃Triin

Triin’s life full of dance started in the kindergarten - since then she never stopped. She has discovered ballet, acrobatics, Estonian folk dance Contemporary, Jazz and various modern dance techniques. But discovered her real passion, Latin Social dances in 2015. She started with Salsa, Bachata and Kizomba, when later, in 2019, discovered Zouk - her true love.

Path to the improved zouk experience

Progressive classes for zouk improver / intermediate students - build another layer on top of your zouk fundamentalst.
Improved connection - connection exercises and concentration on improved quality and collaboration on the dance floor.
Discover different flavours of zouk and playful variations - experiment with different zouk flavours and spice up your foundation.
Delve into lyrical zouk and closed embrace techniques - dancing without the beat to the melody, lyrics, base. Adding isolations, dancing more stationary and closed embrace.

What to expect after trial class

This is and improver / intermediate level zouk class. Suitable for everybody who knows zouk fundamentals / has passed 10 fundamental check.
