💃 Grete is a very positive and energetic Bachata instructor. It is super important for her that all her students leave the class being fulfilled and happy! She discovered her way to dancing in the beginning of university years. She started her dancing journey with Bachata and fell head over heels in love with that. The following year was filled with really intense training and visiting international festivals. After some time she also started dancing Zouk which she considers her second love next to Bachata. All this hard work paid off because this helped to start giving out good and helpful advice to others which she is also now doing while giving Bachata classes!
🕺 Johannes has a very friendly and approachable personality. He loves to teach and see how his students are progressing step by step. He started dancing by just exploring new fun activities. As soon as he tried Bachata, he was hooked. After first few months of learning the basics, he started training almost every day. He regularly attends international Bachata festivals to get inspired and learn from the world-class dancers. He is excited to always keep learning!

During the Trial Class You Will
- Learn the basic steps of Bachata. This is the base of everything. To become a desired partner on the dance floor you need to master the rhythm of music and step to the beat with confidence.
- Meet new people. Social dancing is truly for everyone looking to build new amazing connections. We're all in the beginner class to learn together, laugh together, and get out of our everyday routine. It doesn't matter if you're coming with your spouse or completely alone - by the end of the trial class, we've all made new friends.
- Build up your confidence. We know that everyone can significantly boost their confidence by learning a skill that makes you more attractive - dancing. From the first steps you take, you'll see how easy it suddenly is to talk with strangers.
- Relieve stress and anxiety. Studies show that people who are dancing live a longer and happier life. Why is that, you might ask? Dancing helps to reduce stress, make you sleep better, and release a lot of "happiness" hormones to your body. Combining fun physical exercise with some mind work can do wonders.

What People Say

The most enjoyable aspect of Bachata is it the fact that anywhere I travel I know I'm able to find a dance community in which i can easy integrate. Dancing bachata has Improved my mood on a positive way.

As a developer, I spend most of my time in a headspace-heavy, male-dominate environment. Starting a partner dance like Bachata has brought much-needed balance to my life. It's not just a dance-it's a global connection

When I got into the community of bachata dancers, I met many good people with whom we are on the same wavelength! I also love bachata events - happy people enjoying music and dancing! This creates a special vibe of ease and joy!
